Watchers' Advice???

Since after this year i only have one year of high school left, i have a dream to fullfill... to start the school's first anime club. i figured since i have people younger than me who could carry this operation out when i graduate, it may work for a long time [despite some of the close-minded people that go to my school] however, i wanna know if anyone would have some tips or advice to give me about taking part in starting such a club. thus far i already know of people who would join and a willing advisor [my 9th grade english and 11th grade speech teacher, who just so happens to have a son who loves anime] from there on, i'm cluless on h
